Sultan’s Kitchen was established in order to present the best tastes of the Turkish Cypriot Cuisine with traditional Cypriot dishes, especially kebab varieties and oven kebab, both to the people of the region and to the tourists visiting our country in accordance with our culture. The Sultan’s Kitchen, where the delicious dishes of Osman Ağa Culture House Restaurant are cooked, was named after Osman Civisilli’s wife, the late Sultan Civisilli, to keep the memory of the beautiful and delicious meals she cooked for the family and the guests.
